The Nevermore Film Festival has a great lineup of films this year. A mix of everything including some favorites, Withboard, Night of the Demons, and Re-Animator, and even some films for the whole family. Taking place at the beautiful Carolina Theater in North Carolina from Feb. 19-21. Check out a little about the festival below….
The 11th Nevermore Film Festival is blessed with great movies. After receiving more than 100 submissions from around the planet, 9 new feature films and 14 shorts were programmed. The 23 new titles at this year’s festival range from quietly creepy to friggin’ brutal and some will scare the hell out of you more than others. You’ll be surprised at how expensive and slick many of these films look, despite having budgets that wouldn’t cover the catering costs on Avatar.
We’re excited to welcome back Kevin Tenney (2008’s Brain Dead) to talk with us about Witchboard and Demons, as well as his reputation as a director of 80’s classic horror films.
