Cassandra Peterson, who plays Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, is getting her first tattoo. Well, she’s technically all gotten it, but we’ll be able to watch her journey on A&E’s “Epic Ink.” It’s hard to believe that someone so involved with Halloween and the horror scene didn’t even have the tiniest tattoo, especially since there are literally hundreds of people worldwide with her alter-ego permanently engraved all over their body. “Epic Ink,” which actually premieres episodes #4 tonight, is a new series on A&E that airs at 10:30PM on Tuesdays. It’s very much in the same vein as other shows like “LA Ink,” “Best Ink,” and “Tattoos After Dark,” where talented tattoo artists let the viewers into their daily lives and the craziness that happens behind-the-curtain at a real tattoo parlor. Elvira will be featured in episode #5, which will air on September 17, 2014.
