The much anticipated fifth season of AMC’s mega-hit TV show The Walking Dead is only a little over a month away and we have some new cast photos for you guys to dig on as well as a new Season 5 poster. Look for the new season to premiere on Sunday, October 12th on AMC.
The series stars Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes; Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon; Steven Yeun as Glenn; Lauren Cohan as Maggie; Chandler Riggs as Carl; Danai Gurira as Michonne; Melissa McBride as Carol; Michael Cudlitz as Abraham; Emily Kinney as Beth; Chad L. Coleman as Tyreese; Sonequa-Martin Green as Sasha; and Lawrence Gilliard, Jr., as Bob Stookie.
The Walking Dead is based on the comic series from Image Comics and Robert Kirkman. It tells the story of the time after a zombie apocalypse and follows a rag tag group of survivors led by sheriff’s deputy Rick Grimes and their struggle to find a safe home.
