German death metal pioneers Morgoth have announced they will release a 7″ EP/Digital single entitled “God Is Evil,” featuring two new tracks. The two new tracks are meant to wet our appetites for a new full album to be released in early 2015 via Century Media Records. Read on for more details.

On August 12th in North America, Germany’s death metal pioneers MORGOTH, who reunited in 2011 for the 20th anniversary of their classic Cursed album and documented their return via the Cursed To Live live album / DVD from 2012, will release a 7″ EP / digital single entitled God Is Evil, featuring two brand new tracks.
MORGOTH comments: “Finally, after 17 years, we have some new tunes to share with you. We are excited about the nearing release of the ‘God Is Evil’ single, which contains the title track as well as the song ‘Die As Deceiver’. These two brand-new songs are meant to be a first teaser for our upcoming album ‘Ungod’, which we will be recording later this year for a release early 2015 via Century Media Records.”
The powerful artwork for God Is Evil was created by Costin Chioreanu (https://twilight13media.com), who has also worked with artists such as ARCH ENEMY, GRAVE, DARKTHRONE, etc.. Stay tuned for more news about this release coming soon!
