I just love my creature feature flicks, and one of the more popular sub-genres as of late is the Bigfoot film. We’ve brought you news about one of the latest hairy monster flicks, Feed The Gods in the past. The film is already finished shooting but needs some additional monetary help to finish things up and the filmmakers have launched a Kickstarter campaign to get some needed assistance with this.

From The Press Release
Horror thriller Feed the Gods from Bleiberg Entertainment’s Compound B and production company Random Bench (and recently acquired by XLrator Media for a U.S. release) unveils new key art and an exclusive trailer in tandem with the launch of a Kickstarter campaign aimed at raising completion monies for the low budget creature feature.
“Production is complete on Feed the Gods because our friends and colleagues believe in our creative team and in us,” says producer Adrian Salpeter. “Launching Kickstarter gives us the chance to share this first trailer with the world while engaging new fans, friends, and the horror genre community in the movie-making process,” adds producer Liz Levine.
The film, which stars Shawn Roberts (Resident Evil: Afterlife, Diary of the Dead), Tyler Johnston (“The Killing,” “Supernatural”), Emily Tennant (Jennifer’s Body), Britt Irvin (The Vow), and Aleks Paunovic (This Means War), follows the journey of two brothers in search of their long lost parents. The quest leads them to Tendale – a small mountain town that is home to a mythical Bigfoot-like creature with a “taste for tourists.”
Production wrapped in October in Vancouver and surrounding areas. Braden Croft directed from his own script, and Random Bench’s Liz Levin and Adrian Salpeter produced, all of whom worked together on last year’s cult hit Hemorrhage. Bleiberg Entertainment’s Ehud Bleiberg and Nicolas Donnermeyer executive produced with Roberts and Eduard Witzke.
