Classic death metal band Deicide have released a lyric video for the track ‘Thou Begon’ in support of their upcoming album “In The Minds Of Evil” which streets on November 25th. Read on for more information.

It’s Halloween, and metal legends Deicide are embracing the spirit by dropping their “Thou Begone” lyric video on unsuspecting hoards of trick or treaters – and this one’s definitely a treat.

“Thou Begone” is the second track to be released from the band’s upcoming new studio album ‘IN THE MINDS OF EVIL’, which will hit stores November 25 in North America via Century Media Records and is the eleventh studio recording of an illustrious career spanning more than 25 years. Produced by Jason Suecoff [ALL THAT REMAINS, TRIVIUM, DEATH ANGEL, BATTLECROSS], the album features cover art taken from Australian artist Simon Cowell’s painting “Power Of The Mind.”

DECIBEL MAGAZINE joined DEICIDE in the studio earlier this year, reporting: “Expect a super-brutal blast to the cranium. Longtime fans will pick up on nuances inspired from the almighty Legion effort.” With drummer Steve Asheim adding, “we’re going to get down and dirty this time around, so expect the lyrics to be brutal.”
