Shooting Apocalypse Kiss has been a dream come reality. This past weekend legendary actor Tom Atkins (Lethal Weapon, Night of the creeps, My Bloody Valentine) delivered his role as Police Captain Vogle with character and grace. “Tom is a veteran who adds a realism to the screen”, Grillo states. “Atkins brings a level of Hollywood to the film and is a perfect match for the role. His scenes with Potent staple ‘Tom Detrik’ had an unmatched charisma. Watching both Toms perform together in scenes was a glimpse from a gritty old crime noir,” Grillo adds.
Apocalypse Kiss is far from finished but has already blasted off the line like a street car on nitrous. Grillo promises to deliver a film that is unlike any other with it’s eclectic motif and provocative story line. “This movie is breaking through the Hollywood wall. People won’t believe what they are seeing from such a micro budget,” says Grillo
