SHHH is the directorial debut from Ruben Rodriguez. He is no stranger to being behind the camera having directed television shows for NBC, Comcast and MUN2. “SHHH” will combine elements of both the slasher film and thriller genres while using the 1970s fear of satanic cults as a central plot element. The film will pay homage to horror films of the 1970s and 1980s.

“SHHH” Film Summary:
After a traumatic accident leaves her mute, Angela Tucker and her author boyfriend, Robert Arragon, begin to experience a severe strain in their relationship.
In an attempt to salvage what’s left of their once-passionate commitment, Robert and Angela retire to a remote lakefront cabin for a weekend of relaxation, rekindling… and celebration: Robert’s latest book, an exposé on local cults, has ranked #1 on the best-seller list.
Their peaceful weekend quickly turns into a terrorizing game of Man Hunt when a group of cultists targeted in Robert’s book learns he will be vacationing in their woods. They move in on the small cabin quickly, claiming Robert a victim in a matter of minutes.
Angela soon begins the run of her life. She has to rely on wit to beat impossible odds in an unforgiving wilderness swarming with deadly predators.
