Domiziano Arcangeli is an Actor with an edge, a business savvy Film producer and the father of two beautiful baby boys. He has been working in Film and Television worldwide for over 30 years, with 105 films under his acting belt. Domiziano provides power, grace, and intensity to audiences.
First recognized as a beautiful Male Model (Fellini recognized Domi after seeing him on the cover of a magazine photographed by Helmut Newton), Domi started acting in 1980 in the Italian-Japanese romantic drama “Eden No Sono”. This began the illustrious career of one of the most creative, sensitive, and versatile actors of all time. In 1982 he played an ambiguous boy raised by a truly bizarre aunt, in the film “The Good Soldier” directed by Franco Busati. 1984 brought Domi more success, as he played the title role in “The Boy from Ebalus”, a sensitive drama about drug use and terrorism.
“Francesco”, the story about Saint Francis of Assisi, was nominated at Cannes for a Golden Palm award. It was directed by Liliana Cavani and starred Mickey Rourke and Helena Bonham Carter. Domiziano’s played the role of Abelardo, who served in the Lateran Palace in the movie. In 2002, Domi worked as Popo for Zalman King’s series “Chromium Blue”.
‘El Toro’
‘El Toro’ is an action-packed thriller based on the Greek myth of the Minotaur and stars writer, director and producer Domiziano Arcangeli as the lead role, Zabriskie, a mysterious gangster with a terrible secret in his past. The film is set in an alternate Los Angeles setting, where the sun barely shines. ‘El Toro’ is directed by Hollywood’s visual arts icon, Mauro Borelli, who was brought to Los Angeles by Francis Coppola (THE GODFATHER: PART III). Borelli is recognized for his conceptual design for numerous blockbusters including: Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and At World’s End, Hulk, Dracula, Planet of the Apes, Sleepy Hollow, and Captain America: First Avenger.
This fast-paced, heart-pounding suspense story chronicles the power struggle and clashing desires between the two most dangerous men in L.A, Toro and Teseo. Toro is the leader of his father’s drug trafficking gang and has been trained to massacre any one that stands in his way, particularly a family that occupies a restaurant in a high profile area of LA. Teseo is a trained fighter who is sent to the city to protect the same family that Toro hates, not knowing the current danger they are in. While amidst this violent battle, both men lust after the same woman, Mary, although each has their separate motives. As tension rises between the men, their mutual object of desire is used and emotionally abused until one man is left standing.
“The role embraces two formidable elements: greed and existentialism. Zabriskie tries to hide his heart of darkness living in a constant delusion but knows there is no redemption for somebody who’s turned destiny the way he did,” says Domi about his lead role. “He knows despite his brave and tyrannical power that the end will be grim, and nearer than anyone else could ever imagine.”

Kyle (Eisenberg), a young college student stumbles across an ancient coffin while cleaning an old woman’s basement. His curiosity leads him to take the coffin home and he soon discovers it is not an ordinary coffin. After further research, Kyle and his friends discover that the coffin was built by the evil Wolfgang von Tristen in the 15th century. The coffin allowed him to rise out of his body and experience the sensation of immortality as a ghost. Intrigued by the history, the friends take turns lying in the coffin to experience what von Tristen once did. Throughout the film, viewers witness the Ghost Machine transform from an innocent game to an object that brings out each character’s most dangerous impulses and desires. The friends soon learn that there is a price to pay when toying with death.
