This is ambitious. And I’m certainly here for it!
If something science fiction is afoot, then director Christian Jude Grillo is more than likely in the midst. He’s captivated audiences worldwide with hits like Apocalypse Kiss and Sugar Skull Girls. Now, he’s literally about to rock your shit with his latest film – Intruder.
SYNOPSIS: With the Earth about to meet its demise, underground MMA fighter Bree Hewit finds herself aboard a stollen space craft in route to a space station sanctuary. Only problem is that Bree is not alone.
Intruder is currently filming in Bucks County, Pennsylvania under Potent Media in association with Noble F Pictures. Grillo and Andrew Hunsicker (“House of Cards”) are producing.
Confirmed cast members include Dana Godfrey, Iryna Scarola, Hunsicker and D.C. Douglas (“Resident Evil,” “The Last of Us” and “Borderlands”). David Warren will also have a small role in the film, which is his second collaboration with Grillo following short films Jest and Curtain Call – now available to stream on YouTube.
