K-7’s Revenge Brings Back Bloody 80’s/90’s Nostalgia

Hello Horror Fans!

Do you miss the beloved horror slashers of the 80’s-90’s? Do you miss the days that you would see a brand new Van Damme or Chuck Norris video tape buried within the center shelf of your favorite Blockbuster? Well Chad Dundee and his team at DLMF have a real breath of fresh air as all of your nightmares come true in ‘K-7’s Revenge the Movie’!

The film is about a superstar musician facing his troubled past head-on as he finds himself in he midst of his crime-lord brother’s obsession with murder and mayhem. The most considerable asset of t he film however, lies within the plot itself as only a subtext to the process in which the film was made…

While many movies today use the latest cutting edge technology and film programs to film retro coke cans and firebirds in the shots and call it retro nostalgia, Director Chad Dundee actually used filming techniques, camera settings, and even retro film gear itself to give the impression that this film was actually shot in the late 80’s/early 90’s while taking place in a modern day setting.

While watching K-7’s Revenge, you will witness moments that feature the same things you’d see in a hype Williams music video while also experiencing the same brand of gory violence from your favorite Rambo or Jason movie. The movie is filled with non-stop horror and martial arts action while maintaining a vivid story the gives it the ‘straight to videotape’ late 80’s/early 90’s feel while managing to not make it comical parody. While advertising for the films local release, there was a buzz around town that the nickname for the film was coined ‘Van Damme vs Jason’… and after watching the movie, you’ll see why!

This movie is a blast to watch for the everyday horror and kung fu fan, but also a spectacle of low-budget film making innovation!

Movie is comparable to films such as Belly, Shogun Assassin, Bruce Lee’s Game of Death and Friday the 13th part8: Jason Goes to Manhattan.

The movie is now available for order on blu ray here: K-7sRevengetheMovie.Bandcamp.com and is gearing up for the film festival run before distribution!

Add this movie to your slasher/kung fu flick collection!
