After debuting at #1 in June, James Wan’s The Conjuring 2 officially hit home media last week courtesy of Warner Home Video. Despite being such a critical success, the sequel is still conquering audiences who have yet to see the supernatural tale of terror. This, of course, is the perfect set up for a prank.
The good folks at Roadshow Entertainment were on hand for a warehouse screening of The Conjuring 2, an event to be used for promotional and interview purposes. Members of the audience were handpicked to be featured in a promo video and were whisked away to a private room to await their turn on camera.
Unfortunately for them, the mirror in the room was swapped out for a two-way mirror and actors dressed as the undead nun were laying in wait to pop out and scare the Hell out of them. All of the best reactions were compiled into one montage and can be below. The last is certainly the best.
