Iconic Director Kevin Tenney Returns to Direct Don’t Let Them In!

13313425_10153913766114093_468225966_oWitchboard, Night of the Demons, The Cellar, Pinocchio’s Revenge… If there’s one man who helped to define cult horror movies of the 1980’s, and 1996 technically, it would be Kevin Tenney. His mark on the genre has certainly been etched in stone and while he may not be headline news every month in recent years, that’s all about to change as the iconic director has been tapped to direct a new film titled Don’t Let Them In.

Produced by Shaun Cairo of Shakir Entertainment Management and Michael Coulombe of Bear Claw Films, Don’t Let Them In is written and co-produced by Elizabeth Fields. What’s even better than mega producers joining forces with a cult director is that Don’t Let Them In will be a horror anthology comprised of four original segments.

Currently Jessica Morris (“One Life to Live”), Brandin Rackley (The Hillside Strangler), Brandon Fobbs (“The Wire”) and Elizabeth Fields have been attached to appear in this upcoming film.

Synopsis: Six friends are having the time of their lives on their annual camping trip, enjoying the lake, roasting marshmallows, and telling scary stories around the fire. As the night goes on, four gruesome stories are shared: •The story of Mike and Kathy, a young couple who have come to ease their ailing aunt’s transition to better living… or so they say… •The tale of Jake and Amy, who get more than they bargained for on a romantic getaway turned nightmare… •The story of a vengeful spider, on a mission of terror… •And the tale of siblings, Sam and Emily, who have developed an insatiable appetite for human flesh. As the night grows darker, and the tales grow stranger, the friends begin to realize that some stories should be left untold.

Don’t Let Them In is in the middle of pre-production and has anticipated release scheduled for 2017.
