- 1972 – Carmen Electra, who appeared in “Scary Movie”, “Scary Movie 4″, “2-Headed Shark Attack”, and more.
- 1964 – Andy Serkis, actor and performance artist who has appeared in such films as “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring”, “Deathwatch”, “The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers”, “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King”, “King Kong”, “Rise of the Planet of the Apes”, “The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey” and more.

- 1949 – Veronica Cartwright who appeared in the films “The Birds,” “Invasion Of The Body Snatchers (1978 version),” “Alien,” “Invasion,” and in the reoccurring role of Cassandra Spender on the “X-Files.”
- 1949 – Jessica Lange who starred in the 1976 remake of “King Kong.” She is currently starring in American Horror Story (TV Series).”
- 1945 – “They’re coming to get you Barbara!” Judith O’Dea who starred in “Night of the Living Dead”, “Living Dead”, and the upcoming “Night of the Living Dead: Genesis.”
- 1940 – George Takei who portrayed “Lieutenant Sulu” on the original “Star Trek” TV series and the subsequent films and series’ that followed. He also starred in the “Twilight Zone” episode “The Encounter.,” an episode that was shown just once and kept out of the shows syndication run due to it’s racial overtones. It was of course, brilliant.
- 1926 – Elena Verdugo who starred in such Universal classics as “House of Frankenstein,” and “The Frozen Ghost.” 1924 – Nina Foch who appeared in the films “Return of the Vampire,” “Cry of the Werewolf,” and “Alien Nation: Dark Horizon.”

- 1909 – Film editor George Tomasini. His film work includes the Hitchcock movies “Psycho,” and “The Birds,” as well as “I Married A Monster From Outer Space.”
- 1904 – Bruce Cabot, who saved Fay Wray from the clutches of “King Kong.” He also appeared in the “James Bond” film “Diamonds Are Forever.”
- 1902 – Donald Wolfit who appeared in the films “Blood of the Vampire,” and “The Hands of Orlac.”

- 1991 – Don Siegel who directed the original version of “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” and the “Twilight Zone” episodes “Uncle Simon” and “The Self-Improvement Of Salvadore Ross,” passed away at the age of 78
- 1973 – Robert Armstrong who starred in “King Kong,” “Son of Kong,” “Mighty Joe Young,” and “The Mad Ghoul,” passed away at the age of 82.
- 1912 – Bram Stoker, who wrote “Dracula”, passed away at the age of 64.
