2000 – Charles Schulz, creator of the “Peanuts” gang and who gave us that wonderful holiday show “It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” passed away at the age of 77.
1982 – Victor Jory, who appeared in the films “The Man Who Turned To Stone” and “Catwomen of the Moon,” passed away at the age of 79.
1970 – Guy Endore was a novelist and screenwriter in Hollywood. He wrote the seminal novel “The Werewolf Of Paris” which was later adapted in the Hammer film “The Curse of the Werewolf.” He also wrote the screenplays for “Mark of the Vampire”, “The Raven”, “Mad Love” and “The Devil-Doll.” He passed away at 69.
