Mike Hrubovcak is widely known for his over the top album cover illustrations created for the death metal underground through his website VisualDarkness.com, while also holding rank as the extreme vocalist for Monstrosity, Vile, Azure Emote and others. Visual Darkness: The Artwork Of Mike Hrubovcak features artwork spanning 1996 and the present, the extremely limited book containing a collection of Illustrations that were created for death metal acts such as Six Feet Under, Grave, Sinister, Mortician, Hate Eternal, Cattle Decapitation, Avulsed, Mortal Decay, Guttural Secrete, Pathology and many more.
The initial first pressing of Visual Darkness: The Artwork Of Mike Hrubovcak sold out in a mere ten days, the demand inspiring a second edition.
