Massacre Video Announces GIRL HELL 1999 and BURRP / MAS CARNAZA

Underground and transgressive cinema label Massacre Video is proud to announce that two of its most anticipated Blu-ray releases—GIRL HELL 1999 and BURRP / MAS CARNAZA—are now in stock and shipping.

All pre-orders, including those placed by subscribers of the Daisuke Yamanouchi Collection, have already been fulfilled. Both titles are available now at massacrevideo.com, with limited-edition slipcovers.

GIRL HELL 1999
Limited to 1,500 units
Directed by Daisuke Yamanouchi (Red Room, Mu Zan E)

Seventeen-year-old Misaki is trapped in a nightmare of abuse, neglect, and psychological collapse. Abandoned by her mother and burdened with caring for her sick sister, she spirals further into despair as violence and trauma close in from all sides. One of the most harrowing films in Japan’s V-cinema underground, Girl Hell 1999 is now officially available outside Japan for the first time—fully uncut, remastered in HD, and presented with newly translated English subtitles.

BURRP / MAS CARNAZA
Limited to 2,000 units
Directed by Sergio Blasco

Spanish underground legend Sergio Blasco comes to Massacre Video with this unhinged double feature. BURRP! drops viewers into a city consumed by filth, reality television, and media-fueled violence, while Mas Carnaza explores the dark limits of love, obsession, and primal brutality. Also included is Blasco’s early short film Lito. Each film is fully uncut, newly remastered, and presented in Spanish with English subtitles.
