The story followers The Mangler and newcomer Amy, as well as Jason (ShadowBeatz from the first movie) and newcomer Elliott as both groups make their way toward the presumably abandoned wreckage of the plant that exploded, hoping to find answers or fortitude.
Shockingly they find neither, but an insane nazi scientist and his hot headed cyborg officer, undead soldiers and more.
