TERROR FILMS RELEASING has teamed with directors John Hale, Christopher G. Moore,
and Jeremy Herbert to release their horror anthology film, “Worst Laid Plans”.
Worst Laid Plans tells three tales of vacation-themed horror adapted from the bestselling book by Grindhouse Press. The anthology takes us into deep dark caverns, to run down motels, and into the habitats of some terrifying creatures!
Hale, Moore, and Herbert each shared their thoughts:
John Hale: "Deep in the Heart is a story that resonated with me when I read the book, Worst Laid Plans, because of the subtext contained within the story. As a fan of creature movies, the story had a monster that was unique and different, which appealed to me but also a family dynamic and a sense of drama."
Christopher G. Moore: "We worked with an amazing cast and an extremely talented crew to make this weird little story come to life. Of all the projects I’ve worked on so far as a filmmaker, this is the one I’m most proud of and I can’t wait for people to see the finished project."
Jeremy Herbert: "Taylor Family Vacation ‘93 is the product of a childhood mostly remembered in 4:3, rose-tinted and rewound until fuzzy. It’s a candy-colored ghost town stuck somewhere between the truth and dad’s viewfinder – nostalgia may be a pleasant haunting, but it’s a haunting nonetheless."
