TERROR FILMS RELEASING has teamed with writer / director Stephen Sander to release his indie horror film, “Observer”.
Starring Jennifer Chalamov, A.J. Popoff, Marika Gosick, and Kenzie Rigel, the film follows a young woman and her little brother who are kidnapped by human traffickers and taken to a secluded
mansion where they find themselves in a struggle for survival that transcends the physical world.
Sander, who also produced Observer, shared his thoughts about making the film: “I started writing Observer way back in 2015 and it’s hard to believe that 9 years later, it’s being
released. I used to think of story ideas on long drives to/from work as a hobby more than anything. In truth, I wrote a script I never expected to shoot, but to my surprise some people liked the script. Then in 2019 we start filming, covid breaks, and I embark on what would become a multi-year post production slog.
The end result is one I hope you don’t regret watching. I want to thank the incredible cast and crew. If not for them, this film would never have been made.”
The film will premiere on the Official TFR YouTube AVOD Channel, March 8th, 2024, at 7pm PST with the filmmaker and cast participating in a live chat with the fans, followed by a wide digital release on March 22nd, 2024.
