I went to school for one year to learn 2D animation. In that year we were able to create 2 films. One was done tradiationally so every frame was hand drawn and the other was cutout animation in the computer.
I spent a whole year trying to come up with an idea for my short film. I love horror, gore and anime so I really wanted to try and incorporate them all. I was told by many teachers that I was taking a big risk because “no one like horror” it’s not a “appealing” stroy. I did it anyways and created my film, “Looping Curse”. I’m so happy with how it turned out and am creating a comic continuing the story. I took a lot of inspiration from things like Corpse Party, Higurashi, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, and many more. I’m so excited to create more content so I hope you all like what I’ve done so far.
