1976 – Colin Farrell, who starred in the films “Daredevil,” “Fright Night” remake, and “Total Recall” remake.
1965 – Brooke Shields, who starred, or should I say appeared in the film “Alice Sweet Alice,” since she died in the beginning. She also appeared in episodes of “Quantum Leap,” “Tales From The Crypt” and the film “Midnight Meat Train.”
1950 – Gregory Harrison who played the title role in the “Logan’s Run” TV series and who appeared in the TV movie “Trilogy of Terror.”
1934 – Timothy Hutton’s dad Jim, who starred in the film “The Psychic Killer” and the TV movie “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark.”
1930 – Clint Eastwood, who started his film career in horror movies such as “Tarantula” and “Revenge of the Creature.”
1925 – Sinister looking Julian Beck, who appeared in “Poltergeist II: The Other Side.”
1922 – Denholm Elliott who appeared in the films “The House That Dripped Blood,” “The Vault of Horror” and “Raiders of the Lost Ark.”
1914 – Famous Godzilla score composer Akira Ifukube.

DIED ON THIS DAY IN HORROR HISTORY

2007 – Choreographer Claude Thompson, who taught the natives how to dance in the 1976 version of “King Kong.” He passed away at the age of 72.
2004 – Robert Burns, who is know as an expert on the life of Rondo Hatton, passed away at the age of 60. He appeared in the films “Microwave Massacre” and “Confessions of a Serial Killer.”
2001 – Arlene Francis, who passed away at the age of 93. She appeared with Bela Lugosi (she was the woman tied to the cross beams) in “Murders in the Rue Morgue.”
1977 – King of the gimmicks, William Castle, producer and director of such films as “Macabre”, “House on Haunted Hill”, “13 Ghosts”, “The Tingler”, “Mr. Sardonicus”, “Strait-Jacket”, and many more passed away at the age of 63.
