From The Press Release

Opening 6/6/16 on digital and VOD platforms, the delightfully deranged MARK OF THE WITCH has been touted as  “one of the most beautiful films about witchcraft ever” (Paranormal Underground). Epic Pictures has released the film’s official trailer.

Directed by Jason Bognacki, the film stars genre favorites Maria Olsen (Paranormal Activity 3, Rob Zombie’s Lords of Salem) and Paulie Rojas (Down and Dangerous, The Last Resort). MARK OF THE WITCH follows Jordyn, a beautiful young woman (Paulie Rojas) who is driven into a dark underworld of demonic possession, desire, and extreme indulgences when she learns she may be the devil’s daughter. The film was included in the official selection in over 15 film festivals worldwide, and awarded Best Cinematography at Fight Night Film Fest 2014 and Best Editing in Action at the Film International Film Festival 2014.

Compelled by the possibility that she could have a dark twin, Jordyn questions her own sanity, and reality itself. Jordyn’s curiosity pulls her into a dark underworld of demonic possession, desire, and extreme indulgences churning a deadly witches’ brew that tears her very soul apart.

“Evil hasn’t looked this good in a very long time.“ Ian White/Star Burst Magazine

“reimagines the witchy weirdness of Dario Argento’s classic Suspiria (1977) while further fragmenting its own coming-of-age narrative into a fever dream of spatio-temporal ruptures and hyper-stylised imagery.”  Anton Bitel/The Guardian
