- 2015 – Tom Towles, appeared in “Rob Zombie’s Halloween”, “Grindhouse”, “The Devil’s Rejects”, “House of 1000 Corpses”, “The Borrower”, “The Pit and the Pendulum”, “Night of the Living Dead”, “Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer” and more. He passed away at the age of 65.
- 2013 – Jess Franco, Prolific Spanish jack of all trades who did it all, writer/producer/cinematographer/ and or director known for such films as “The Awful Dr. Orlof”, “Succubus”, “Count Dracula”, “Vampyros Lesbos”, “The Erotic Rites of Frankenstein”, “A Virgin Among the Living Dead”, “Zombie 5” and hundreds more. He passed away at the age of 82.

- 1999 – David Oren Ward, who appeared in the films “Witchouse” and “The Killer Eye,” passed away at the age of 27.
- 1997 – Tomoyuki Tanaka, producer of numerous Godzilla films, passed away at the age of 86.
- 1937 – Edward Laemmle, nephew of Universal founder, Carl Laemmle passed away at the age of 49. He directed many films for Universal studios.
