  • 2014 – Skye McCole Bartusiak, had appeared in “Sick Boy”, “Boogeyman”, “Firestarter 2: Rekindled”, “The Darkling”, “Storm of the Century (TV Mini-Series)” and such big budget fare as “The Patriot” and others. She died from a drug overdose at the young age of 21.
  • 2004 – Irvin S. Yeaworth, who wrote the screenplays for and directed “The 4D Man,” “The Blob” and “Dinosarus,” passed away at the age of 78.
  • 1999 – Richard Marion who appeared in “Child’s Play 3″ and “The Godmonster of Indian Flats,” passed away at the age of 50. He was the son of Elena Verdugo.
  • 1976 – Gene Roth who appeared in “The Claw Monsters,” “Twice Told Tales” and “Attack of the Giant Leeches,” passed away at the age of 73.
  • 1968 – Universal make-up genius, Jack Pierce, who created “Frankenstein,” “The Wolf Man” and “The Mummy,” just to name a few, passed away at the age of 79.
