  • 2010 – Susan Oliver, appeared in “Freddy’s Nightmares (TV Series)”, “Night Gallery (TV Series)”, “Thriller (TV Series)”, “Twilight Zone (TV Series)” and more. She passed away at the age of 58.
  • 2010 – Frank Frazetta, is one of the most prolific and well-known illustrators of the 20th Century. He illustrated everything from comic books to record album covers. He illustrated a number of horror and suspense comics. He passed away at the age of 82.
  • 2006 – Writer/director/producer Val Guest, passed away at the age of 94. His films include the first two “Quatermass” films, “The Abominable Snowman” and “The Day The Earth Caught Fire.”
  • 2001 – Deborah Walley, who co-starred in the films “The Severed Arm,” “Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine” and “The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini,” passed away at the age of 57.
  • 2000 – Craig Stevens who appeared in the films “Abbott & Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde,” “The Deadly Mantis” and played the title role in the “Peter Gunn” TV series, passed away at the age of 81.
  • 1995 – Hajime Sato who directed such films as “Goke, the Body Snatcher from Hell,” “The Golden Bat” and “Battle Beneath the Sea,” passed away at the age of 66.
  • 1985 – Chester Gould who created “Dick Tracy,” passed away at the age of 84.
  • 1977 – The great Joan Crawford who appeared in “Berserk!,” “Trog” and “Strait-Jacket,” passed away at the age of 72.
  • 1970 – Mari Blanchard who starred in the films “Abbot & Costello Go To Mars,” “She Devil” and “Twice-Told Tales,” passed away at the age of 43.
