  • 2007 – Stuntman Phil Chong, who plied his trade in many many films, including “The Running Man,” “Candy Man,” “Daredevil” and “Blade,” passed away at the age of 70.
  • 2001 – Louis Edmonds who played “Roger Collins” on the original “Dark Shadows” soap opera, passed away at the age of 77.
  • 1994 – Ezra Stone, who directed for such TV series as “Lost In Space” and “The Munsters,” passed away at the age of 76.
  • 1966 – William Frawley, best known for playing “Fred Mertz” on “I Love Lucy,” passed away at the age of 79. He appeared in the film “Abbott & Costello Meet the Invisible Man.”
  • 1959 – Lou Costello, who along with partner Budd Abbott, met such monsters as, “The Mummy,” “The Invisible Man,” “Frankenstein,” “The Wolf Man” and “Dracula,” passed away at the age of 52, three days shy of his 53rd birthday.
