Raw Meat started as a script by filmmaker Tonjia Atomic and Actor Bill Oberst Jr. Tonjia Atomic is an award-winning director known for the features Walking to Linas, Claudia Qui, Plain Devil, and the forthcoming Hobo with a Trash Can. Bill Oberst Jr. is best known for his potrayal of the creepy stalker in the Emmy Award winning Facebook app Take This Lollipop, as the badass Lincoln in Abraham Lincoln Vs. Zombies, and Papa Corn in Circus of the Dead.
This story takes place at the engagement party of Henry who will become the skinless Meat Head and his fiance Robyn. As each of the wedding party settles down to sleep their dreams become more intense and strange. The culmination of the event is the final prophetic nightmare.
Bill Oberst Jr. plays Henry/ Meat Head. The cast also includes Tonjia Atomic, Barbara Burgio, Steven Shields, Michael Crowley, Rachel Jackson, Don Ayers, Kevin Carmell, Jason Chamberlain, and Heidi Honeycutt. With special effects by Herbie Gandy, cinematography by Joseph Cole, and artwork by Steve McGinnis.
