If everyone knew how health conscious most rockers are, the whole ‘drugs and rock n’ roll’ stereotype would be shattered. To be able to maintain a rigorous touring schedule like we do in ARCH ENEMY, we all need our bodies to be healthy– we are like athletes! I have enormous respect for anyone giving their all in mind, body and art every night!”
