  • 2000 – Jason Robards, who starred in the films “Something Wicked This Way Comes,” “Murders in the Rue Morgue” and “A Boy and His Dog,” passed away at the age of 78.
  • 1993 – Jeff Morrow, who starred in the films “Kronos,” “The Giant Claw” and “This Island Earth,” passed away at the age of 86.
  • 1986 – The “Bride of Frankenstein” herself, Elsa Lanchester, passed away at the age of 84.
  • 1977 – Howard Hawks, who directed the film “The Thing From Another World,” passed away at the age of 81.
