2001 – Victor Wong, who appeared in “Prince of Darkness” and “Tremors,” passed away at the age of 71.

1993 – Director Charles Lamont, whose film credits include “Abbott & Costello Meet the Mummy,” “Abbott & Costello Meet Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde” and “Abbott & Costello Meet the Invisible Man,” passed away on at the age of 98.

1993 – “Ironside” himself, Raymond Burr, passed away at the age of 76. He appeared in the American versions of the original “Godzilla” and “Godzilla 1985,” as well as “Rear Window,” “Gorilla at Large” and “Bride of the Gorilla.”

1992 – Anthony Perkins, best known for playing the ultimate momma’s boy, “Norman Bates,” passed away at the age of 60.

1978 – Craig Slocum, who played “Harry Johnson” on the original “Dark Shadows” TV series, passed away at the age of 37.
