Creature feature fans will want to take a look at the release of Nightbeasts. This film, from director Wes Sullivan, won Best in Genre at the Festival of Darkness and Best Feature Film at the Independent Film Quarterly Film Festival. The film stars Zach Galligan of Gremlins fame and Robert Miano (Donnie Brasco). Now, this horror title is available on Vimeo’s vide-on-demand platform.
The film’s story begins with a father and son. Charles (Galligan), the father, takes his young boy into the local hills for an overnight camping trip. Events take a bizarre turn when ape-like creatures emerge from the undergrowth. Charles will have to utilize help from a nearby Native American tribe to understand and defeat this menacing monster.
