The Zombie Apocalypse is Growing in the Upcoming Short Film “Lynchfield”

Lynchfield-Movie-Poster-Tim-Allison_5The upcoming short film “Lynchfield” is one part Clerks (1994) and one part Dawn of the Dead (2004). One delivery driver must face off against the zombie hordes, in the small town of Lynchfield. Director Rich Robinson (The Graveyard Feeder) and special effects supervisor Tim Allison are developing a series of ten webisodes, titled “The Lynchfield Stops,” into a larger format. Production on this film has just begun and horror fans can preview the upcoming film below.

The official synopsis: The story for “Lynchfield” begins with Hell on Earth and a zombie apocalypse. Even in a ZA, the bills have to be paid. This is one of the challenges for The Driver, who must also outmanoeuvre and plow through the undead, to reach his delivery destinations. Along the way, The Driver encounters the citizens of Lynchfield, who are still going about their business, in the middle of a global catastrophe.

Ten webisodes, titled “The Lynchfield Stops,” are available below. As well, a teaser trailer has been released previously for the film and it is also hosted below. More details on the film will be announced as “Lynchfield” moves farther along in production.
