For those of you who don’t understand the reference, Welcome To Myrtle Manor is a semi-popular reality show airing on TLC that chronicles the happenings of tenants inside a “ritzy” trailer park.
Now, the upcoming horror film Trailer Heaven is set in a park where you would not want to stay, but it’s definitely a movie you would want to see. Why, you may ask? Two words – transvestite cannibals. Throw in an array of other colorful characters and home grown New Jersey/East Coast talent and you have what could be one of the most astonishing horror flicks of 2014.

TRAILER HEAVEN PRESS RELEASE – 05-27-2013
Filming in the Summer of 2013, TRAILER HEAVEN is a quirky, darkly comedic, gratuitously violent exploitation horror film. Written and directed by MICHAEL CHARTIER, it is being produced by TWO MUCH, TWO SOON PRODUCTIONS, and NICHOLAS G. KOONTZ (Executive Producer).
The movie stars EDWARD X. YOUNG (of “Mr. Hush,” & “Mold” fame) as the Reverend Thomas Ballard and talented newcomer KIMBERLY BIRCH (“Beach Pillows“ & “Fail“) as the country girl sex kitten, Tammy Quakenbush, a.k.a. Baby Doll.
An accomplished ensemble of actors and actresses will be co-starring. They include GAIL LYNNE MAURIELLO (“The Soulless”) as Madeline Cox, GUYVIAUD JOSEPH (“Proving Ground”) as Willy, JOHN LINK (“Mistress Frankenstein”) as Henri Delacroix, and GENOVIVA ROSSI (“I Spill Your Guts”) as Jennifer Divine. Also appearing are JOE PARASCAND (“Sheriff Tom Vs. the Zombies”) as The Stranger, BETTINA SKYE (“Halloween Obsession”) as Mrs. Quakenbush, ERIC WALBY (“Turk 182”) as Mr. Quakenbush, PAUL KELLOGG (“Hate’s Haunted Sleigh Ride”) as Eunice, JENNIFER AARDVARK VALDES (“Jack ‘O’ Slasher”) as Nadine, and RYAN SCOTT WEBER (“Mary Horror”) as Frank the Bartender. GIAN CARLO DURLAND (“Maria’s Gravy Pot”) is featured as the flamboyant trailer trash vixen, Velma.

TRAILER HEAVEN is a contemporary morality tale about obsessive people living in an obsessive world, and the dire consequences of their actions. It is bitingly satiric, highly stylized, and extremely visual. The plot is deceptively simple …
Take a 50 year old ex-con turned preacher, Thomas Ballard, a flim-flam man if ever there was one… then add a jilted and scorned middle-aged ex-girlfriend, Madeline, who is out for vengeance… and to complicate matters, include in the mix a 16-year-old redneck Lolita, Tammy, who is being molested by her father and sees the preacher as her ticket out of town. Put these three ingredients together, stir it up, and what do you get? A heap uh’trouble!
But trouble is the least of their worries when they all skedaddle out of the Buellerville, Tennessee backwoods and happen upon a quaint trailer park in the Pine Barrens of South Jersey. It is a friendly homestead that appears to be a veritable oasis in the sticks; a happy haven inhabited by the sweetest, most congenial women you’d ever want to meet. They’re a little on the plump side, but these delightfully peculiar 50-plus biddies are always hankerin’ to please and ready to welcome any stranger with open arms.
Be that as it may, you can’t judge a book by its’ cover and things are seldom what they seem. A lurid secret lurks in the shadows of this fair community that is deeply disturbing; a mind-blowing truth. It turns out that these kind and considerate ladies of which I have spoken are not ladies at all, but transvestites; cannibalistic transvestites with an insatiable hunger for human flesh. What happens next is nightmarishly unimaginable and diabolically grotesque; guaranteed to make your skin crawl. So prepare yourselves. Destiny awaits and it’s just down the road… a place called: TRAILER HEAVEN!
