Everyone knows I LOVE horror hosts and hostesses. So, I am thrilled to see that the hit web-series Roxsy Tyler’s Carnival of Horrors has returned for a brand new season. Although, it does have a new and exciting format. Instead of showing old black-and-white B-movies from the good old days of horror, Roxsy Tyler (Carmela Hayslett) and her gang of misfits host current short films from independent directors.
I’m sure that the new season has been in full swing for some time now, and that means I’m a little bit behind. But you can find all past and current episodes of Roxsy Tyler’s Carnival of Horrors on its Vimeo page: https://vimeo.com/carnivalofhorror/videos. In the episode, Reaps, Roxsy finds herself inside a real working carnival and has to pay rent to Luigi…er, I mean, Lucifer. All while this is happening, the short film Reaps is broadcast. Reaps comes from Jason Liquori and is kind of a COPS spoof, where reapers hunt criminals with the criminals being lost souls.
