The Millennium Bug on DVD December 18th, watch now on Itunes.

I know I’m a cover whore, but is that DVD cover art not bad-ass?!

After several fundraising campaigns, a lot of dedication from crew and fans alike, and precious months spent, I’m happy to announce that The Millennium Bug will be out on DVD December 18, 2012. For those of you who can’t wait, you can currently purchase this horror film on Itunes for only $3.99.

The Millennium Bug will be a great addition to any horror fan’s collection? Why? It is a great throw back film in terms of special FX, creature design, and the style of filmmaking. The Millennium Bug will show new-age horror fans why old school is still king of the jungle.

“When the Haskin family seeks refuge from Y2K hysteria in the isolated forests of the Sierra Diablos mountains, madness and terror find them there. Abducted by a vicious hillbilly clan, the Haskins fight for survival, but neither they nor the hillbilly Crawfords can comprehend the monstrous nightmare about to erupt from the bowels of the earth.”

This title, which is written and directed by Kenneth Cran, has won over 10 awards at various festivals and conventions. It stars John Charles Myers (“Buried Alive”), Jessica Simons (The Hangover), Christine Haeberman (“VH1’s Scream Queens”), Jon Briddell (11/11/11), and Ken MacFarlane (Caesar and Otto’s Summer Camp Massacre).

  1. That cover art does look pretty awesome, MGDSquan.; and the movie looks pretty killer too. Thanks for posting that trailer. I have a weekly movie marathon with a few people that I work with at DISH. We comb through the thousands of movies available from the DISH Blockbuster @ Home movie rental service, looking for best and the worst B movies we can find. This movie is the epitome of B film making; shooting with all practical effects makes this movie perfect for our little movie night.
