Bel Deliá, star of the successful indie Horror hit The Tunnel, (which had it’s US premiere at Screamfest in 2011 the festival notable for it’s discovery of Paranormal Activity), is returning to Horror in the psychological thriller Love Of My Life.
In Love Of My Life horror fans will see Bel play the spirited and strong willed Nicole in the biggest fight, for the love of her life. Bel will star opposite Diarmid Heidenreich (Bikie Wars & Underbelly) in this Romance Horror.
Love Of My Life follows the story of a young man who is held captive by a deranged surgeon and given the choice of surviving five days of torture to save the life of the woman he loves, or to order her killed and be set free. Love Of My Life is set in a world in no time, no place.
Bel gave an unnerving realistic performance playing ambitious power hungry reporter Natasha Warner in doco style indie Horror The Tunnel. The Tunnel, a huge hit with Horror fans, had a controversial release throughout 2011. The film was released simultaneously through torrent sites, DVD, itunes, TV with several film festival screenings.
Bel has previously won Best Actress at the international festival Tropfest with judges including Elijah Wood and the Spierig Brothers (Daybreakers). With a long history and experience as a producer Bel has a passion to develop projects with a thriller feature film in planning stages through her company Delia Films.

Directed by Liam Barrett (LIFE OF THE PARTY) & Michael Budd (LIFE OF THE PARTY), Love Of My Life proves to be a very thrilling ride for Horror fans.
Michael, who also plays one of the characters Reggie, has been seen before as the Zion Controller in The Matrix Reloaded and recently made an appearance in Cold Light of Day starring Bruce Willis & Sigourney Weaver.
Love Of My Life will commence filming early December 2012 in Sydney Australia with an expected theatrical release in early March, 2013.
‘Love Of My Life’ Synopsis
Inside an operating theatre of an abandoned hospital, young men have awoken strapped to a table, disorientated and scared. On the walls, monitors show them a live feed of their wife or girlfriend trapped downstairs in what looks to be the morgue. Then a man appears, decked out in surgeon’s scrubs, and explains the situation.
“For five days, I am going to do unspeakable, Godless things to you. You are going to scream, and beg, and plead for me to stop. Then at the end of the fifth day, I’m going to kill you. And when I’ve killed you, I’ll let her go. However, if at any point you can take no more, all you have to do is say, “I quit”. And I’ll stop. And then I’ll kill HER”.
Sad as it is to say, no man has ever come close to lasting the five days in order to save the love of his life. That is…until now.
