Behind The Scenes Photos From Porkchops

After cyber stalking… I mean, after these pictures showed up in my news feed on Facebook, I knew I had to post something about them. Eamon Hardiman, the man who gave you Zombie Babies, will now bring you the sequel to one of his other horror films. Porkchop II: Rise of the Rind had been filming in West Virginia at some point and Kaylee Williams was the first to post some pictures for the world to see. Porkchop II is the sequel to 2010’s Porkchop which stars Ruby LaRocca.

Most of the following information was gathered from the film’s kickstarter page, which has made me an associate producer on this film. Hoo-rah!! Here’s a vague plot description of the Porkchop sequel: “Porkchops is the simple tale of the new kid coming to town, being bullied, making friends where he can, and eventually coming face to face with a deranged redneck serial killer. Who wears a pig mask. Okay, so maybe it’s not so simple after all.” I think this will be a relatable film because hasn’t this happened to everyone at some point?

Kaylee Williams (Zombie Babies), Angela Pritchett (Scarecrow At Midnight), Shawn C. Phillips (Banshee!!!), Sam Qualiana (Snow Shark), Missy Dawn (Zombie Babies), and Brian Gunno (returning from Porkchop) will star in Rise of the Rind. Lisa Hackney Taylor, Robert Cobb, Brandon Thomas Black, Ginger Workman, Elvis McComas (The Comic Book Lady), and Robert Haddy will also contribute to this film in some form or fashion.

I can’t wait to see this new horror film from director Eamon Hardiman. For now, take a look at these random stills and behind the scenes photos accompanied by my not-so whitty and sarcastic side comments.

Sharpie markers make EVERYTHING official.

If this doesn’t make you want to see/buy the film, I don’t know what will.

Is this a dance scene? (don’t fail me, Hardiman!)

This scared me because it looks drastically like my old dorm room and the people resemble me and my roommates waking up Saturday morning. Both ideas = scary.

Background extra finding her light/breaking the 4th wall.

One of the reason’s I’m glad I’m not in school anymore. No sense of personal space.
