One of my biggest sins can now be forgiven as I have finally watched The Sixth Sense for the first time ever. Listening to everybody telling me about it and asking me how I’ve never seen the movie before made me realise how popular this movie really is and it’s even made me wonder how I’ve never seen it before now. For those who haven’t seen it, The Sixth Sense is about a little boy who is continuously hassled by spirits everyday and wants help to get rid of them, in walks Bruce Willis to help him try and make sense of his abnormal power.
I must say that even though there have been loads of movies that use the same theme and idea as this one, the twists and turns and the originality really makes it stand out from the other movies as well as the brilliant directing and the fantastic performances. The Sixth Sense boasts a brilliant cast and the main two characters, portrayed by Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment, were phenomenal all the way through the movie. They made their characters their own and they were very convincing and sometimes even haunting. Haley Joel Osment and Bruce Willis are truly brilliant actors and this movie really shows off how brilliant they are.
