An advertisement in London of Queen Mary I has gone too far according to the Advertising Authority Standards. The reason being is it scares the crap out of people, especially children. The London Dungeon was promoting their upcoming show ‘Bloody Mary’ with a digital poster of the queen that morphs her Royal Highness into a mad zombie. The idea for the poster was to “show the dark side of her personality and portray her as a villain.”
