You will have complete content control for your site, just keep it horror related, no porn or hate crap..(porn also includes any sort of nudity, sorry its my TOS agreement with my provider)

Basically I give you what you need for free and I just put up a standard size banner on your index page, and some text at the bottom. Something like “site hosted by HS….” etc.
