Vampire Author Lia Scott Price Includes Another Metal Band in her Comic Book Series
July, 2012. Vampires, horror, and heavy metal make a good combination. So it’s no surprise that Vampire Author Lia Scott Price has been promoting Los Angeles metal bands of all musical styles and genres in her current Vampire Guardian Angels comic book series.
Death metal band Enthraller did a cameo in Issue #1, which is on sale now! Upcoming issues will feature experimental metal band Death Embraced (www.reverbnation.com/deathembraced7), as well as a supporter of the Los Angeles metal music scene, Vile TV (www.youtube.com/johnnyisvile) , a youtube-based program that features interviews with local bands.
The comic books series will continue to be drawn by Artist Andrew Setter and Letterer/Colorist Chad Hammontree. The next issues will be published in late 2012.
