BUNNYMAN SCHEDULED FOR RELEASE JUNE 21ST 2011
BUNNYMAN arrives on DVD June 21st from Osiris entertainment. BUNNYMAN fits in with the other outrageous genre concepts, low-budget filmmaking, and sensationalized titles that are enjoying a resurgence on such programming as Sci Fi Channel’s new Saturday night original movies.
BUNNYMAN comes from the writer/producer/director/editor indie horror filmmaker Carl Lindbergh whose previous credits include Shadows of the Dead (First Look) and Shattered Lives (Lionsgate).
BUNNYMAN synopsis
On a desolate road, a group of friends cut a random truck driver off. The truck driver, just happens to be the psychotic leader of a cannibalistic family. The psychopath also tends to wear a bunny suit, luring his victims in with an innocent appearance. The group of friends have just angered the absolute last person you want to cross paths with. A brutal downward spiral of death, torture, and despair is about to begin. One by one the friends come to a gruesome demise. The lucky ones will be run over, chopped out of trees, dismembered by chainsaw, or simply tortured to the soothing sounds of classical music. In the end, two friends remain alive, their humanity long gone. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by random strangers each crazier then the last one, a decision is made. They will enter the lions den, an abandoned cabin in the woods. They will leave their morality at the door, and turn to murder in an attempt to save their own lives and avenge their friends deaths. They will see the truth behind the Bunnyman mask, and attempt to place every last member of the cannibalistic family in their graves. They will risk everything to save the one last shred of humanity that remains in their souls.

About Carl Lindbergh
Carl Lindbergh formed his first production company, ANOC productions i.e. A NO ONE CARES PRODUCTIONS in 2000. The company would primarily focus on the funding and production of his feature films. In 2004, Lindbergh made his directorial debut with the self financed film, “Shadows of the Dead”. The film received distribution around the world via FIRST LOOK features. Lindbergh followed with his next project, “Shattered Lives” in 2009. Lindbergh would again serve as the writer, producer, editor, and director of what be his second 35MM featurefilm. The film proved to be a even larger success, ultimately being released domestically by LIONSGATE. Building on the success of his previous two films, Lindbergh completed his third independent horror film, “Bunnyman” in 2010. The film is scheduled for release on June, 21 2011. Lindbergh’s fourth feature film, “Blood Angel” is currently in pre-production and is slated to film summer of 2011.
