You can check out any time you like but you can never leave:sounds familiar huh? The delectable Martin Stone is the landlord to a boarding house that’s tenants seem to be just a tad bit strange and you hardly see anyone but the nut bag old lady who is lonely and wants to get in the new man John’s pants, she is a crazy old coot that is just mean and horny.

John moves in and pretty much sticks to himself and misses his estranged girlfriend Veronica who comes to visit and tell him that there is nothing left for them and it’s over. Poor John, not only is things starting to get ultra freaky in his room but now he was dumped as well. The ghosts are starting to get restless and like to play head games with John.

I was not to thrilled with this film. The Haunting of 24 didn’t have anything to make it stand out or make you think about it once it’s over- with this it’s a 100% out of sight, out of mind. If I were you I’d break out the MTI catalog and pick something else to post your peeps on. It’s not a bad flick but it’s just not good either. It’s a movie that only a mother could love like a kid with an ugly face!
