FABLED Cover Review by AngryPrincess

If you are having a bad day, this movie is for you. Poor Joseph is going thru hell. His girlfriend just dumped him and his dog ran away. To make this even worse he thinks Liz is now sleeping with his shrink. Well they both actually see him on separate occasions he’s technically both of their doctors. Is Joe being delusional or are these things actually occurring?

Fabled started like a little snowball of craziness that suddenly rolls down the hill accumulating more looniness as it passes the middle hump to slide down the mountain. At first you think maybe he is being followed, maybe his shrink is banging his ex, but then he’ll confront people when he has a breakdown and they say they haven’t a clue about what he is speaking of.

In one scene he is at work and he starts having a panic attack and thinks everyone is talking about him, I cringed with embarrassment thinking maybe he is just nuts. He is taking two prescriptions from the doctor and I think they are giving him some side effects that he is having trouble dealing with. Or maybe someone is really trying to off him, what do you think?

It’s confusing as hell while you try to figure out what the hell is going on, but that is what made it worth watching. Is Joe just delusional…maybe? As the flick unfolds a little girl sporadically tells us a fairytale that matches the movie about a wolf and a crow. Her delivery was perfect to give this whole eerie effect to the already kooky film. This is your typical just when you thought you had it bad, someone else always has it worse!
