Just before Christmas, young Sally (Lilly Burril) and Ruby (Jessie Hutchinson) witnesses three lunatic murderers break into their home and shoot their father (Gunnar Hansen).  The trio begin one by one to rape and bash their mother (Alexxus Young) until their father makes it to hist feet, grabs the chainsaw, and seeks revenge on the intruders. 

When falling to the ground he tells Sally to take care of her baby brother Rudy. Ten years pass and still mentally and emotionally traumatized by what she witnessed when she was younger, Sally (April Monique Burril) just makes ends meet by working during the day as the quiet town librarian.  But at night she becomes a sadistic chainsaw wielding maniac who enjoys watching and re-enacting horror movie scenes with her younger brother Rudy (Alec Joseph), a cross dressing transvestite who also helps her with the killings.
